By downloading or using this application ("BrainMe" or the "Application"), you accept the Apple Standard Terms of Use (EULA) and, in addition, these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, the provisions of Apple's EULA shall prevail.

The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The charge will be made to your Apple ID account upon confirming the purchase. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time after the purchase.

You must use the Application in accordance with the law and with these Terms. You agree not to take any action that could interfere with the proper functioning of the Application or harm other users' experience. Any improper or unauthorized use of the Application may result in cancellation of your access.

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, source code, and other elements of the Application are owned by Effiani Corp. or its licensors and are protected by national and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of such content is not permitted without the prior written authorization of Effiani Corp.

Use of the Application is at your own responsibility. Neither Effiani Corp. nor its affiliates shall be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Application, except as provided by applicable law. Effiani Corp. does not warrant that the Application is free of errors, interruptions, or vulnerabilities, but commits to implementing reasonable means to keep it in optimal working condition.

Effiani Corp. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of substantial changes through the Application or by email. By continuing to use the Application after the modifications are published, you accept the new terms.
